Our goal at Artesian Collaborative is to help our clients respond in ways that move them closer to their goals and to have healthy and meaningful lives. In our work with individual clients, nonprofits and organizations we have seen the power intentional discomfort in a supportive environment has to promote breakthrough and change. Change isn’t easy, but it can be deep and satisfying. Too much pressure can overwhelm us, not enough can leave us in a rut. The goal is to seek that potential through finding and maintaining balance. This involves tolerating discomfort and using it to increase our acceptance and move towards change. It is always a risk to step out into the unknown. How we respond to risks and challenges shapes our character, experience and relationships.
