As one of the longest-tenured employees of HollandParker, I have seen the company grow from a general CPM/EPM software consultancy to a Diamond-level OneStream implementation partner.As a Director for HollandParker, I am responsible for providing transparency to each client throughout the implementation process. I explain to all clients that we are starting a relationship and a partnership, which means we are invested in their success. My goal is to become the client’s trusted partner to foster healthy communication, dialogue, and understanding of how the OneStream software applications integrate with their business processes and drive improvements. Additionally, I am able to draw from my experience with legacy software systems that many clients are moving away from to OneStream XF. I am experienced with the Oracle Hyperion software suite (Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and SmartView), and I am an Oracle Certified Instructor for Financial Management, Planning, Financial Reporting, and SmartView.My prior work experience in financial planning and financial analysis at the enterprise level allows me to understand the specific needs of each client, such as the accounting close process and planning cycles. Now as a Director for HollandParker, I am able to connect with each client by explaining that I once was in their shoes.Educationally, I obtained my BBA in Finance and Accounting from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.
