I am passionate about the work I do and make a deliberate effort to understand the domain I am working in. Leadership comes naturally and I am proud of the teams that I have created and led over the years. Connecting to the bigger picture and purpose keeps me motivated and enables me to inspire and guide both my team and stakeholders. Helping people to develop their skills and competencies to deliver value gives me satisfaction.I thrive in fast paced and complex environments and can build and maintain cohesive teams in challenging environment. I have a strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and present complex information in simplistic ways.I am change and customer focussed therefore committed to creating the best possible outcomes while appropriately balancing technological capability with desired business impact. My interpersonal, communication skills and experience enable me to manage complex relationships in a way that fosters stakeholders to move forward in the same direction. I have a record of delivery and I do so in a committed and considerate manner.Personally, I am passionate about working in the community and am a co-founder (and volunteer) of a charity organisation called EKTA NZ which takes pride in its contribution to building an inclusive Aotearoa that unites people.Areas of expertise include- Leadership and mentoring- Strategy, Roadmap- Consulting.
