As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Accelon, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various client projects. I leverage my technical knowledge, communication skills, and negotiation skills to attract and retain top talent in the industry.I have over 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, working with different companies and domains, such as SA Technologies and Bloom Consulting Services. I have successfully filled multiple positions in areas such as software development, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. I have also contributed to improving the recruitment process and strategy, enhancing the candidate experience and satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the organization and the individual, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from North Maharashtra University.
