ABOUT SUNIT JENA

As an MBA graduate specializing in HR Marketing, I have gained expertise in analyzing customer perception of service quality in the hospitality industry. Through my recent project on studying service quality perception of customers in selected 3-star hotels in Bangalore, I have gained insights on how hotels should focus on delivering simple and delightful hospitality experiences for customers. In terms of work experience, I have been a Business Development Counsellor at Planetspark, where I helped the team in closing deals and interacted with parents and students to discuss their career foundational course. I was able to achieve the target of Rs1lakh each week. Currently, I am working as a Human Resource Executive at Onzestt, where I am responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Tata Technologies and Tech Mahindra. In addition to HR marketing, I am skilled in digital marketing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, team work, leadership, customer handling, agility, detail orientation, communication, and information technology. I have completed online certifications from Udemy and Coursera on topics such as useful Excel for beginners, advertising and society, and climate change. During my internships at PCS Global Pvt. Ltd. and Aditya Birla Group, I gained valuable experience in digital marketing and human resources, respectively. I am proficient in English, Odia, and Hindi. Overall, I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experience to drive growth and success in the HR and marketing fields. I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals and explore new opportunities in these areas.
