As a graduate of the University of Huddersfield\'s Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management program, I am a driven and motivated individual seeking new challenges and opportunities in the hospitality industry. My coursework, including Global Events & Festivals for Hotel Management, Hotel Operations Management, and MICE Management, has provided me with a strong foundation in the industry, while my experience in various roles has allowed me to develop a diverse set of skills. My most recent role as a Sales Executive for Events & Experiences at Isprava Hospitality involved handling the central concierge at LohonoStays, planning itineraries to enhance guest experiences, developing strategies to increase revenues from non-rental and ancillary sales, and generating leads by acting as a liaison between guests and the unit. Previously, as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation, I was responsible for planning interior designs for food and beverage outlets and managing credit and cash accounts to ensure no errors in audit processes. Throughout my career, I have also developed strong communication and leadership skills, as demonstrated by my role as an A1 Operations Associate at The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. In this role, I developed controls for costing and marketing campaigns, developed brand standards and supervised procedures, and ensured clear communication across all departments to ensure guest satisfaction. In addition to my education and work experience, I hold certifications in Hospitality Manager: Leadership (American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute) and Career Edge – Knockdown the Lockdown (Tata Consultancy Services), and I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Opera PMS, POS Shawman, and Innkey PMS. I am a fluent English speaker and also speak Marathi and Hindi as my native languages. I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new opportunity in the hospitality industry and to continue learning and growing in my career.
