Participating in the channel strategy for hiring talent, thereby optimising low-cost hiring channels and driving down the average cost per hire. Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration of HR practices into business goals. Leading HR initiatives to improve employee retention, satisfaction and to increase diversity hiring. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address HR needs, challenges, and drive workforce solutions in line with business priorities. Implementing and monitored employee engagement programs, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Managing the key ratios of TAT, joining ratio, IJP movement, cost per hire, and infant attrition. Key Success Metrics: Time to hire, Quality of hire, Talent Diversity, Process excellence, Stakeholder feedback and Cost per hire.
