Extensive experience working with Exco, MD & Partner level stakeholders daily, gained through working in both agency recruitment, Professional Services and PR/Advertising. I am a passionate manager, who leads from the front with a wealth of team/line management experience and great track record of succession planning. EY, I was focussed on optimising and enhancing the Resource Management process within UK & I Consulting Practice (c1900 FTE). As Senior Manager, I was responsible for the performance of the Resourcing team that partners with the UK & I Consulting business to drive the best solutions (technology, near/offshore hubs), maximising revenue, and quality delivery. GroupM as UK People Planning Market Lead, I was responsible for establishing and implementing our Global People Planning strategy (Resource Management) across the GroupM agencies (EssenceMediacom, Wavemaker, Nexus, Mindshare and speciality offerings) in the UK.Edelman, I was hired to lead the UK Resource Management (RM) function reporting into the SLT/Exco in the UK and the Head of EMEA for RM and COO EMEA, to optimise and evolve the skills in the team and RM processes, to really embed RM into the business. Additionally, I partner at a regional / global level on RM and the Resourcing Lead for our largest client.
