Active Participation with application security team to analyze the shortcomings in application and train teams on the top system vulnerabilities.•Bring deep understanding of situational leadership and coach managers and get the best out of each person. •Working on development, deployment and process improvement, redefining development & release processes, input & exit criteria, and definition of phase closure & signoff.•Collaboration with VP R&D, VP People and Culture, Director, HR Manager and Leadership team to work on the workforce strategy and development.•Recent achievements are reskilling of engineering teams, Re-engineering of product, development of services in HCM to offer module as services.(Migration from Monolith to Microservices architecture)
