Leading the profitable turnaround and then consistently delivering profitable growth.Led digital Transformations across Aerospace, Airlines & Rail customers including Air Traffic Management and Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity (5G). Established Skywise partnership with Airbus for services Airlines. Also, framework for Cybersecurity for safety critical embedded (Aerospace) systems.Technical expertise in Avioncs & Rail domain including but not limited to Display Systems, Flight Controls, Integrated Modular Avioncs, Flight Warning Computer, TCMS. Only other person from India to represent Joint RTCA SC 205 and EUROCAE WG 71, responsible for drafting DO178C guidelines for safety critical Airborne software. Contribute voluntarily towards knowledge sharing with speaker and Expert Panel Member on various Aerospace & Rail related, Embedded Software Safety, and Security related topics. As Certified PgMP, PMP, Managed large Integrated product delivery programs with teams of 600+ resources working across 5 different geographies that included product development across disciplines of System engineering, Hardware, software, mechanical and manufacturing engineering. Program / project management with traditional methods, waterfall, MVP and SAFe Agile. Hands-on experience in both core Embedded Product Engineering, Application Software with IoT Platforms and large IT implementations (Oracle / ERP). Also, part of PMI and SAE voluntary forums for Industry trend and next gen technologies. Responsible for creation, managing and conversion of large 1+Bn dollar business pipeline. Assisted customers in business and digital transformation - delivering the promise. Created differentiated service offering, with solutions and framework, IP motorization. Some of the solutions development guidance include Track Eye for Rail Track Inspection (vision-based AI/ML), DigiStream & Secure Content Management framework for Inflight entertainment.Established large Offshore Development Centers (ODC) for Aerospace & Rail customers. Establish new Hardware Design, Test Engineering and prototype manufacturing unit with government of India established EHTP approval from drawing board.
