Program manager/Senior Scrum Master on the client’s application platform on simultaneous product launches. Facilitating scrum of the scrum, scrum, and other ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/demo, and backlog grooming sessions. Managing all sprint boards for the teams and various dashboards for the stakeholders and senior leadership. Serving as an agile coach to the organization. • Used business insight and software development knowledge to envision and represent the product at the release and sprint level. Partnered with business and solution leaders to understand the domain’s business strategies, product vision, and direction, and provided input on when to start and product development. Worked with the Delivery Team Leader, Solution Lead, and Tech Lead to structure sprints, leading the sprint planning meetings. Utilized information on team throughput (velocity) to help in prioritization and planning. Monitored metrics and reported out to leadership as required on defects and velocity. • Helped product owners to continuously prioritize the product backlog. Analyzed dependencies and raised requests for work to be done by other teams. • Participated in daily scrum meetings. Lead team through risk mitigation and dependencies on a daily and sprint basis. • Worked with the team leads to remove roadblocks to ensure tasks are being worked on and completed by the team according to sprint commitment. Helped to identify risks and provide mitigation options as part of release and sprint planning. • Lead the sprint retrospectives to capture and implement improvements in subsequent sprints. Participates in communities of practice and shares process improvements, successes, and best practices to improve ongoing quality across teams.
