ABOUT SUNIL NAPHRAY

Empowering Leaders, Educators & Coaches to ExcelI am an Accredited Professional Executive Coach (Association for Coaching), a qualified coach supervisor, and a Fellow of the Society for Education & Training (FSET), with 33 years of senior leadership across education, training, and consultancy. I hold the CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction & Leadership, the CMI Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice, the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive & Senior Level Coaching & Mentoring, and an MA in Education. I am finalising the CMI Level 7 Extended Diploma in Professional Consulting on the pathway to Chartered Management Consultant status.As an executive coach and coach educator, I help senior and corporate leaders unlock potential, drive change and achieve measurable results. I teach and mentor new coaches on the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship and am preparing to specialise further through the ILM Level 7 Coaching Supervision qualification.I design and deliver ILM/CMI leadership and management programmes from Level 3 to Level 8 for organisations including WDR Training, South West Councils, JISC and the West of England Combined Authority. As a CMI assessor I quality-assure Level 5–7 assignments and Extended Diplomas, ensuring national standards of strategic leadership practice.As an Independent End-Point Assessor, I work with multiple EPAOs—including Southwest Councils, NQUAL and NOCN—across standards such as Level 7 Senior Leader, Level 5 Coaching Professional and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager, contributing to national standardisation and quality assurance.In higher education I teach postgraduate academic English at the University of Wolverhampton and have lectured at Newcastle University. As a specialist curriculum consultant with Orange Moon Training, I helped design and author the multimedia Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme for more than 150 senior school leaders.I also hold the Cambridge DELTA (Level 7), a Level 5 Maths Specialism, and full EPA/IQA/CAVA/EQA certifications.
