A People Explorer and Coach who loves making magic happen by working with individuals to support and enable them to become \"Ridiculously Good\" versions of themselves.I started my career in the field of Business Development and helped set up the channel sales network for one of the Lubricant Industries Iconic Brands (Esso & Mobil) here in India. I now work with the Freight Forwarding Specialists of the world at DHL, who enable and assist in seamlessly delivering products to various locations in over 200 countries across the world.Along the way, I transitioned through two business critical functions - Sales and HR with stints with the pioneers of Organized Retail in India as well as one of India’s leading integrated healthcare service provider. Building strong teams, setting up successful channel partners, Developing and working on people policies and HR practices and making my organisation a Great Place to Work have been some of my proudest achievements.In a nutshell, it has been a magical trip through the length and breadth of India, and have collected great stories of people, achievements and initiatives along the way.
