ABOUT SUNIL MENON

I am having 2.5 decades of rich, multi-cultural experience encompassing areas like Operations Management, Underwriting, Risk Assessment, Client Servicing, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Advisory Services, Administration and Team Management. Through my well-developed management skills and business acumen, I have always ensured attaining business goals within scheduled time, budget and with highest quality. My scope of work as General Manager – Employee Benefits at Savington Int. Insurance Brokers, Dubai, spanned across setting up targets, SOP & SLA, overseeing collection / verification of underwriting documents and interacting with various levels of officers of different insurers; interacting with clients for processing, verification and authentication. I continuously use my strengths in leadership, team building and creative problem solving to identify new opportunities to improve the process. Besides this, I am a good team player with strong determination, result oriented approach, integrity, commitment, passion towards work and an optimistic outlook. Among other things, my expertise also includes effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills. I always look for positive things in tight situations and constantly strive to be the best in anything that I do. I possess the ability to keep a level head at all times, nurture and grow a business, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges. I have excellent client-facing skills and was highly successful in helping define company direction, achieving goals and optimising business. On education front, I have completed MBA - Marketing and Quantitative Techniques from Shivaji University and B.Sc. in Mathematics from Calicut University.
