Having worked at large publicly traded companies, startups and my own attempt to be an entrepreneur, I earned trust, technical competence and gained confidence. My mentors see me as a someone who gets things done while being a Change Agent in influencing, shaping up a good culture, and work ethics.With over two decades of experience, I also have an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, where I practiced negotiation and conflict resolution, microeconomics, strategy, leadership among others. Most recently, I have been a Senior Engineering Manager at Avail Medsystems, a company that is transforming healthcare by enabling remote collaboration and consultation during live surgeries.My core competencies include full-stack development, agile project management, cross team collaboration, and technology leadership. I have built and managed multiple products and platforms including most recent video platform for surgical telepresence, using technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, Electron, Twilio, PubNub, Swift, Node.js, leveraging Unix capabilities. I have also designed and developed a secure connected platform to integrate partner applications and services, and an enterprise-grade administration portal for healthcare experts. When I was a backend engineer, I worked with Java.My mission is to create collaborative solutions that people love and embrace, thereby improving the quality and accessibility. I am passionate about creating a customer-centric and happier team culture by aligning my priorities and sprints with the company\'s vision and OKRs.
