My team\'s mission is deliver cloud based system migration and modernization capabilities, through standardized DevSecOps methods and tools, for scaled agile delivery including CI/CD, test automation, and design patterns. These large transformation programs include integrating process automation with GenAI-based consulting tools and leveraging low-cost delivery centers for industry-tailored solutions.Previously, as a Partner at IBM, I led complex hybrid cloud and AI transformation projects for the Financial Services sector, focusing on applications modernization and IT operations optimization. We enabled multi-cloud strategies and cost transparency initiatives using TBM and FinOps, significantly impacting operational efficiency.
