Comprehensive Experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing System & Lean Manufacturing System with growth oriented multinational organizations. Completed International assignment of 5 years in China to establish World Class Manufacturing system in four plants of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) including one green field plant. Having innate sense of task prioritization, managerial aptitude and result oriented attitude towards accelerating organizational growth & that too in a highly pressurized time bound & competitive environment. Key Achievements Established WCM in 6 plants out of which 3 were Green field plants in China & India. 5 of these plants have achieved Silver now. Certified WCM Lead Auditor for conducting WCM Audits. Conducted 19 WCM Audits till now out of which 6 were as lead auditor & 4 were award audits & 1 Silver Expansion Audit. Companies audited include CNH, Iveco, Marelli, Comau, Teksid & FCA plants. With more than 150 tools in pocket, able to quickly attack all type of problems with rigor. These tools include reactive, preventive & proactive tools, which can be applied as per the requirement. Headed Supplier WCM Program in APAC. Successfully Implemented Supplier WCM at 21 Suppliers in China & India. Previous Experience as Head Quality Assurance in Blue Star Ltd. responsible for Quality Function of all 3 plants. Also Worked as Business Unit Head for PCPA & VRF Models. Key Responsibilities Strategy formulation & deployment through Quality Business Plan KPI Target setting for all the plants & making Action Plan Focus on development of Process Quality & work for improvements Supplier Development, Supplier Up gradation & Supplier Quality Performance Monitoring Act as Divisional MR for all the plants for ISO 9001 certification Development of Quality Management system & deployment in all plants Development of new PCPA & VRF Models & Responsible for Purchase, Production & Dispatch Was instrumental in successful ramp up of production of PCPA & VRF models thru development phase & achieved all Quality KPI\'s right from the beginning. Previous Experience Worked with reputed companies like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(Deming Quality Prize Winner), Escorts JCB Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd, Eicher Tractors Ltd.
