WELLSFARGO, Charlotte, NC April 2022 – present Developed and led the enterprise-wide CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) execution strategy and business case, overseeing end-to-end delivery in collaboration with 3 L3 products,~15 L2 products, multiple lines of business, and 4 cross-functional workstreams (including Training and CEDA). Partnered closely with WF Technology and the CCaaS vendor execution team to drive alignment and execution. The initiative aims to migrate approximately operators from legacy platforms to CCaaS by 2027, delivering a projected business impact in the hundreds of millions of dollars.Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments: • Built & secured executive approval for a ~$500M CCaaS business case, supported by third-party validation to ensure credibility and alignment.• Developed a comprehensive CCaaS enterprise execution roadmap through cross-functional collaboration and alignment with LOB\'s.• Successfully led two LOB migrations to CCaaS, with two additional waves currently in progress.• Own and manage the end-to-end investment planning and budgeting lifecycle for the CCaaS initiative.• Partner closely with Risk and Controls teams to ensure all migrations are risk-neutral by conducting thorough assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and securing formal approvals prior to execution.
