My key contributions included:Automation Framework Development: Built an automation testing framework from scratch using C#.NET 8, MSTest, and SpecFlow, integrated with Extent Reports for detailed reporting.API Testing: Performed API testing for the 3E Exchange product, ensuring smooth functionality and data integrity.Continuous Testing and CI/CD: Implemented a Continuous Testing model with a custom CI/CD pipeline, with test results seamlessly pushed to Zephyr Scale using its APIs.POCs on Xray and Zephyr Scale: Conducted Proof of Concepts (POCs) for transitioning from Zephyr Squad to Zephyr Scale and Xray, ensuring a smooth shift for the team.Team Support and Training: Assisted the team in resolving automation testing issues, and conducted training sessions to enhance the team\'s understanding of QA and the benefits of automation. These sessions included setting up pipelines, integrating manual and automated testing using Rest Assured, Selenium, Postman, and linking CI/CD results to Jira for easier monitoring by non-technical stakeholders.Confluence Documentation: Created detailed documentation on Confluence for the team’s reference and future scalability.Azure DevOps Migration: Led the migration of older repositories to Azure DevOps (ADO), coordinating with the development team and higher management to ensure smooth transitions.This role enabled me to combine hands-on technical skills with leadership and knowledge sharing, significantly enhancing the automation and testing processes within the team.
