I’m passionate about leveraging global talent to achieve strategic objectives and ensure our staffing solutions are top-notch.1) Lead the global staffing strategy and execution across the U.S, Saudi Arabia, and India, with a primary focus on SAP (all modules), IT, and AMS support roles.2) Monitor global staffing trends and SAP-specific market demands, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing workflows to reduce time-to-hire.3) Managing end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across regions.4) Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from application through onboarding, especially for highly specialized roles.5) Coordinate with HR teams in all regions to ensure smooth integration of new hires, including SAP role onboarding, training, and development.6) Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress, key metrics, and team performance, with a focus on SAP and AMS roles, to senior leadership.
