Building the Customer Marketing vertical from scratch for Torrent Healthcare.In this role, I am completely responsible for BTL/ TTL Marketing Budget Management of the largest channel which covers both Off and On TradeI am actively responsible for achieving Topline, GM and Profitability for the channelResponsible for achieving consistent and handsome Market Share gains across all categories and segments – Baby Care, Multi-Specialty and Skin CareAm fully responsible for POS Rate Negotiation with Suppliers, Vendor Development and end to end Execution for the channelA greater part of my role is involved in securing a buy-in from all internal stakeholders( Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Finance) as well as external customersEntrusted with the task of conceptualizing and Formulating Trade Marketing Calendar and Customer Activation plans -(Promotions & Events) and broader Market strategy to achieve growth for the channel in all segmentsResponsible for building Sales IT Initiatives. Oversee the development and managing DMS & SFA Platforms, ensuring that it meets user needs and technical requirements by leading a team of Sales Automation manager and Business analyst. Leading and mentoring a team of Regional Customer Marketing Managers for achievement of annual and quarterly goals.
