ABOUT SUNIL SANGWAN
I am an advocate with a multidisciplinary background, holding a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2014) and an LL.B.(2019), both from Kurukshetra University. My career began with a foundation in engineering and public service preparation, which later evolved into a strong passion for law and justice.I am registered with the Punjab & Haryana Bar Council and a member of the Panipat Bar Association. I have developed core expertise in criminal law, constitutional law, and procedural matters. My practical experience includes drafting bail applications, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and criminal revision petitions, along with attending court proceedings and conducting in-depth legal research.In April 2025, I interned at the Supreme Court of India under the mentorship of Senior Advocate Dr. Pradeep Rai. This experience enhanced my understanding of litigation strategy and sharpened my advocacy and drafting skills at the highest judicial forum in the country.Driven by discipline, research, and a commitment to public service, I continue to grow as a legal professional with a long-term vision of contributing meaningfully to society and the legal system.
