Be accountable for talent management; collaborate with service delivery leadership to ensure appropriate talent is identified, recruited, developed, deployed, promoted, and retained to enable the business to deliver.• Manage end to end Employee lifecycle from Onboarding, Employee development till Exit and F&F.• Drive seamless hiring process in coordination with various business partners and partner with stakeholders & respective hiring managers to identify critical talent gaps • Manage complete hiring life cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer processing, post offer engagement and pre Onboarding formalities upon selection. •Engage new employees in the joining (Onboarding) process through e-Talent, Demonstrate the usage of HAPPAY app, SAP – Concur, educating existing HR Policies. •Partner with functional managers on Reward & Recognition programs, Internal Job circulations and other HR Initiatives. •Enable employees to understand and assisting them in the process of performance appraisal through e-Talent (SAP – Success factors)•Oversee POSH policy and managing internal committee along with educating employees to create a safe and healthy working environment for women. •Initiate employee engagement activities like Peakon Annual Survey (Employee Satisfaction), Annual Boost Plan – (ESOP), Periodical Employee Health Checks, Covid Tests & Vaccination, Team outings, Town hall meetings, Offline/Online Fun activities, Monthly Star performer awards, Essilor Annual Day. • Ensure statutory compliance as per government laws & acts throughout HR functions & EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards & regulatory requirements implementation• Prepare, process & maintain monthly employee payroll as per statutory • Managing HR Analytics by preparing periodic HR MIS reports which includes monthly dashboard, monthly headcount insights, leaves, attrition and forecasting.
