Wärtsilä is a global leader in smart technologies and complete life cycle solutions for the Marine and Energy markets.This beautiful journey has been truly exciting & helped me to grow in the After Sales Division providing life cycle solution to both Energy & Marine customers, covering a wide area of expertise namely Service Proposals, Site Management, Commissioning of new build equipment\'s, Team leading, Competence Management, Small scale projects, Field Service, Contract Management etc.Leading team of field service engineers & Managers, motivating & guiding them to achieve the organization goal specially in the rapidly evolving work environment where in change management is critical.Something that I truly cherished during field days was traveling, living & working with team from different nationality; Arabs, Americans, Asian, European which gave a strong sense of understanding International Culture.
