WORKING FOR OXEMBERG CASUAL AND SEMI CASUAL CATEGORY* Create new designs in line with current trends and the target audience* Attend regular design and product development meetings * Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.* Managing design process from conception through to final styling * Ability to do sketches by hand* Range selection as price and quality-wise * Present design ideas to the creative director * Visit manufacturers or trade shows to get fabric samples and accessories* Research material, Fabrics, Trims, and color trend.* Work with other designers or team members to Evaluate prototypes and improve the design* Reviewing product for style and fit during the presentation.* Making mood board/trim board and accessories file in a systematic format.* Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers* Use computer adobe design programs to create design sheets for sample development.* Follow up with merchandiser and purchase team regarding accessories and trims.* Follow up with fabric suppliers for CAD, Lab dips, and sampling yardage* Coordinating with the merchandisers to ensure the sampling yardage is coming on time* Coordinating with the factory Masters to ensuring the timely updating of the sampling.* Supervising the creation of samples including fitting detailing and adaptations.* Handling entire casual and semi-casual category execution with senior.* Visiting factory for sampling purpose (proto/final sample).* Making necessary changes in design sheets for production purposes.* Handling entire casual and semi-casual category production tech pack.* Ability to meet multiple deadlines.* Participate into the season meet to display the final products
