Develop Replenishment strategies for merchandise department.• Preparing & analyzing daily sales data and making strategy to boost daily sales.• Responsible for the efficient operations of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)• Responsible to see that inventory is received appropriately and efficiently, and processed in a timely and safe manner by following established procedures• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.• Set a vision for the future to drive sales, margin & turns.• Managing High Level FMCG Inventory Evaluate to ensure it’s ready for Shipment.• Ensure proper implementation of store organization/operating procedures / Inventory schedules/stock adjustment/documentation/control store security procedures.• Identify potential security risks and thefts and take preventive measures to control pilferage/loss.• Follow up with the concerned department on maintenance issues.• Implement the proper merchandising guidelines.• Ensure that the customer needs are met satisfactorily through trained staff, customer service initiatives, customer feedback mechanisms, etc.• Ensure that proactively meets customer needs and provides customers with a unique shopping experience.• Control customer product delivery process in coordination with the home delivery team to ensure customers get their products on time.• Control aftersales services such as exchange/refunds in coordination with service teams.
