   Since Apr.’ 18 with Tricon International, Ltd. As Demurrage AnalystRole: Analyse Charter Parties and voyage documents, clarify events with Agents, Operations and Owners, and calculate demurrage. Invoice customers with full supporting documentation, ensuring claims are received within time bar. Pursue payment of invoices by customers, following our system of reminders and legal collections. From time to time visit the customers to expedite and negotiate settlement of claims. Negotiate with customers as to the correctness of demurrage claims and in disputes or non-fulfilment of payment take and follow advice from Internal council for Legal and dispute resolution. Maintain compliance with authority limits and business controls when revising demurrage claims, seeking approval from Senior Management/ Traders. Keep HUBSE (System for demurrage Management) and Outlook updated. Produce weekly and ad hoc reports and maintain spread sheet for assigned vessel’s and claims. Assist Traders and Operations with feedback on commercial terms; providing answerson demurrage and laytime questions and identifying issues and proposing solutions. Seek and follow advice from Tricon Lawyers, counsel for Legal and International dispute resolution.
