Responsible for Planning, Improvement & Sustain overall quality (Supplier, Incoming, Process, & Final Quality) of Electric Vehicles as per standard to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for driving continuous improvement, leading quality assurance initiatives, and managing the quality team to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with SQA teams to evaluate, monitor supplier quality, ensure the quality of purchased components & Implement supplier audits and drive improvements in supplier performance. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure and finished meet specified quality standards & Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for any product quality issues and line rejections. Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce defects, minimize scrap, and improve production yields, by using statistical methods and quality tools (such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA) to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes. Ensure customer complaints and returns are thoroughly investigated, with corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence & Work closely with customer service and sales teams to understand customer feedback and expectations for product quality.
