Preparing salary validation and Income tax validation report. Preparing Input vs Output validation report. Preparing Statutory reports and TDS reports. Generating EPF UAN number and ESIC IP number for new joinees. Approval of EPF KYC details and transfer claims. Filing monthly returns for PF, ESIC and PT. Validating reimbursement bills as per the policy and preparing monthly reimbursement reports. Preparing bank file for salary and reimbursement. Initiating salary and reimbursement payments through the bankportal. Initiating the monthly payments for statutory and Income tax. Responsible for the year end Income Tax proof auditing process. Responsible for form 24Q quarterly filing activities. Responsible for form 16 related activities. Other ad-hoc reports as needed from clients and management.
