Commandant (CRPF)/ Addl SP (Jharkhand Police), having 28 Years of experience. Planning, preparing and implementing Security Strategy which include fresh risk assessments of all sites, standardization of all security management systems, procedures and processes, management and up gradation of security infrastructure, inclusion of security risk as a part of Risk Management System, setting up an intelligence structure, starting the process of bench marking of best practices of security in manufacturing industry, audit of man power, security management systems and technology and closely working with CSR to improve the first responder mechanism to community issues. Also identifying the corruption prone spots/departments and keeping a surveillance on the persons posted in such places. I am also looking after Asset Protection, Training (security/fire/safety), Crisis Management (including mock drills), Business Continuity & Disaster management. I have vast experience of General Administration and Liaison with govt. officials (Administrative, Police, IB etc) and looking after those in Tata Power. I am conversant with latest technological applications on security. Me capable enough of handling large number of Security manpower. I remained posted in Prime Minister Security (SPG) for 9 years, in NSG for 3 years and in Jharkhand Police for 2 years. I successfully led the administration, procurement/purchase, transport, legal & vigilance departments in CRPF and also developed and led the vigilance team of NSG. Apart from operational duties, also looked after general administration wing of Prime Minister House while posted in SPG.

   Looking after over all Security, Vigilance & Intelligence of all the 18 Power Plants (Thermal, Hydro, Solar, Wind) of Tata Power Co Ltd which are spread at different locations across India. Leading a team of about 50 on role security officers and about out sourced security guards. Formulated the security strategy, devised framework, drafted & implemented policies & procedure across all divisions of Tata Power. Managing over all security of the plants including operation area, switch yards, dams, CHP, Fuel dumps, office establishments. Housing colonies etc. Reviewing the security system on monthly basis• Conducting Training & development programme including security/fire/safety• In co-ordination with IT department, a comprehensive Security and Cyber Security awareness module designed and training being given to employee across the TATA POWER at a regular interval. Made the training and mock drills more effective and realistic, for employee and security personnel. Doing Intelligence acquisition, Police verification and co-ordination with local police, and other agency, for security deployed, in the interest of the company. Did zoning exercise for all the divisions and divided the into different zones. Reviewing the risk management system of all the divisions. Doing Liaison with various Govt Institutions.(Police/IB/DM/SDO). Ensuring statuary compliances are done. Exercising Effective Access Control (Man/Material/Vehicle) through gate pass management in the corporate office. Carrying out Security audits at regular interval. Planned and enforced surprise inspections and regular inspections to detect the system failures and existence of corruption or malpractices.
