Currently Working as Scrum Master/Delivery lead in Digital Engagement Group (DEG) maintaining DTE Energy’s Customer facing website, implementing New projects, minor enhancements and production support as part of Sprints following Agile/Scrum Methodology • Responsible for Maintenance and support of Digital channels DTE Website & APP and ensure channels are available for Customers 24X7. • Responsible for timely delivery & deployment of Sprints & monthly releases consisting of enhancements & bug fixes. • Conducted Daily standups, Weekly meetings with Product Owners for status updates and for sprint/Monthly release backlog & prioritization. • Ensured in resolving customer issues obtained through VOC feedback, Service Now & CR’s in a timely manner. • Assisted other vendors by providing KT sessions, design sessions and assisted them on converting legacy Website to AWS.
