I am a well experienced Biomedical Researcher (Clinical Immunology / Inflammatory Diseases / Immune-monitoring / Vaccinology) with proven record of peer-reviewed publications and receiving federal grants. During my stay in USA since year I have been working in multiple specialties focused on the Immune function in inflammatory diseases and immune homeostasis that include antigen processing and presentation, malaria synthetic peptide vaccine, anthrax mediated immune-dysregulation, common pathogens inducing immune dysregulation in Sickle cell disease, T cell functions in Type I Diabetes, humanized mice models of allo-bone marrow transplantation for targeting hematologic malignancies. My own original discovery led to win Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Grand Challenge Exploration award. I have significance interest in designing human diseases animal models including humanized mouse models for allogenic Bone Marrow Transplantation applications to hematologic malignancies and genetic disorders; autoimmune diseases (Genesis, 2002; 33 (1): 48-54; Genesis, 2002; 32 (2): 152-3; Journal of Experimental Medicine, 2001,19; 193 (6): 741-54). I have strong leadership skills in project development / management while working with cross-functional teams, liaising with multiple collaborators; managing and mentoring junior scientific staff and conflict resolutions. With proven ability to generate high quality data and to prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses for internal and external meetings, I have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills for collaborative work environment.
