   My efforts have likely contributed to the growth of Air India Express’s international footprint, supported the organization\'s revenue growth, and enhanced its reputation and visibility. I joined the AirAsia India as head of network and scheduling. The AirAsia India merged with Air India Express Ltd. in 2024. As head of the corporate affairs, I spearheaded strategic partnerships with government bodies and industry stakeholders to drive policy advocacy and regulatory compliance in the aviation sector. By liaising with key authorities such as the Ministry of Civil Aviation and the Airports Authority of India, I ensured seamless operations and adherence to industry standards, contributing to the company\'s success in a highly regulated environment. I represent the Flight operations, Ground Services, Engineering, IT, OCC, Legal and Finance in the DGCA, Airports Authority of India. Lobbying to manage the cost of operations including tariff determined by AERA, VAT on ATF through policy advocacy and regular follow ups. Coordination with Government for appointments, VVIP and reply to the questions raised in Parliament. Managed Government and private charters, VGF for new routes from the state Governments. Approvals from International authorities to open new stations.Achieved Revenue targets for AIX. Managed Valuable Gap Funding from the state Governments to operate the new routes. Managed bids for the Government charters.
