In his tenure with ACG Worldwide, Sunil has successfully conceptualized and planned several transformative institution-building OD interventions that have helped in co-creating basic HR processes, partnering business in their strategy formulation, re-engineering business processes and enhancing the professional lives of associates. These interventions were created with Business Associates enabling greater buy-in and involvement among associates. He has also mentored his team for a successful migration from personnel functioning to core HR practice.\\\\nSunil Jha has articulated the Mission Vision Values of the Group through an Appreciative Inquiry framework. Furthermore, he theorized and designed the Values Internalization and Values Institutionalizing process across the group. ‘The Story of TrANSSCEnD’ was published in the International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry, UK.\\\\nSunil was involved in establishing and nurturing ACG Cares Foundation, a CSR initiative of ACG Worldwide.
