Facility Security: Provide dynamic supervision of persons in custody and ensure safe, secure custody, control, and supervision. Utilize strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities to manage facility security effectively.Persons in Custody Supervision: Manage case management of persons in custody, approve and arrange visits, and address complaints and requests. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stakeholder management in dealing with persons in custody.Physical Plant Maintenance: Supervise facility cleaning, oversee trustees on outside work programs, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. Utilize collaboration and leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities.Administration & Communication: Record and communicate information through various channels,participate in meetings, and promote workplace wellness initiatives. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
