ABOUT SUNIL GHASOLIA

Throughout my career, I have worked with esteemed firms such as DD Sharma & Company, Ajay Sharma & Associates, and with Ghasolia and Company. With this experience, I have developed a deep understanding of financial accounting, taxation, and auditing. I have consistently delivered results by leveraging my skills in finalizing financial statements, handling end-to-end tax filing and assessment proceedings, computing provisions for taxation, and successfully handling department notices, scrutiny, and obtaining Nil demand order from the department in many cases. I have a strong technical literacy and am well-versed in accounting packages like Tally ERP and MS-Office. Additionally, I have completed ITT and Adv ITT training as per ICAI curriculum and hold an RS-CIT from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota. Throughout my career, I have handled statutory and internal audits of various corporate and non-corporate entities engaged in diverse industries such as the hotel industry, production industry, and banking industry. I have also worked on bank audit (statutory and concurrent), PWD dept audit, trust audit, college audit, and company tax audits. I am committed to providing high-quality services and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments. I am excited to leverage my expertise and experience to help clients achieve their business objectives. In my free time, I enjoy to do gardening and always trying to explore some more new things.
