Supporting CBA India Program (strategic portfolio) as a project manager/program performance lead where I am tracking agile project delivery by working closely with the product owners, crew leads, scrum master, BU PMs to ensure compliance with group delivery framework and ensure effective delivery standards (Agile and SLDC compliance) and implement agile principles, practices and mindset assist in continuously improving ways of working.• Project manager for 7 IT work streams where I track project progress and prepare project status report covering RAG and project status commentary, raise change requests, manage milestones, RAIDD and ensure tollgate closure.• Conducting knowledge sharing and best practices sessions on Agile/SAFe, to build Agile capability for individuals, squads, crews through coaching, mentoring, and advising to improve performance and bring business value impact.• RAID management (Tracking and escalating risk/issues/milestones) by chairing RAIDD forum with to ensure proactive chasing and capturing mitigation plan.• Working closely with crew leads to create and monitor resource roadmap / workforce plan, hiring and track benefits for the work transitioned. • End to end budgeting and financial management to track actuals against the plan/forecast for Opex/capex and resource/non-resource cost and provide financial commentary for variance to the leadership team.• Identify opportunities for improvements and conduct deep dive analysis and provide performance trend to the leaders.
