Liaising with the logistics team regarding scheduling and follow up of deliveries. Handling manpower, shifting trucks, hydras and all departmental activities. Loading of the vehicle as per dispatch plan. Punch sales and purchase order in SAP. Maintain accurate records of all shipments. Generating of e-invoice, e-waybill, packing list and all require documents of vehicle. Preparing MIS report and other reports. Responsible for the overall shift planning, coordination & all computers related activities.
