Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in the project. Responsible to ensure that electrical systems are installed safely, on-time, and within budget. Responsibilities- Develop project plans and schedules, and coordinate with other professionals involved in the construction process- Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment- Oversee the installation of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and permits- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.Skills- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders- Familiarity with relevant IS codes, safety standards, and regulations- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust plans and strategies as needed.
