Main job responsibility as a *Director Quality, Technology & Regulatory for Africa Eurasia Division Colgate Palmolive- is to coordinate with Marketing, Fragrance Houses, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing ( 3rd party) Legal & Regulatory, Technical Government bodies, Vendors Development Qualification and coordinate with Global Technology / Quality team at Global Research Center Piscataway NJ USA.* Joined Colgate Palmolive India Ltd in 1991 & spend 17 years in Technology & Quality in Technical Department, in 2008 shifted to Global Supply Chain and then Global Quality and worked as Director Quality & Technology Services for Africa Eurasia Division for Oral Care, Personal Care and Home Care Products and responsible for Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Technology Transfer and Consumer Complaints for entire Africa Eurasia DIVISION which comprise 99 countries and manage directly 6 Colgate Manufacturing sites (South Africa, Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Cameroon, Reunion) 15 Contract Manufacturing sites (South Africa, Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Egypt, Zambia, Nigeria, Ukraine, Russia, Kenya, Senegal) and 34 Colgate + 3PL Warehouses across the Africa Eurasia Division and Report to Global Quality Director at Piscataway, New Jersey, USA and dotted line reporting to Divisional Cross Category Supply Chain Director at Therwil Switzerland.
