About Sunhwan Jo
I have a strong interest in computational drug discovery, data science, and software development. My general expertise is in computational biophysics and scientific programming. I am proficient at using various molecular simulation packages as well as their internals, as I have written several new modules and modified existing modules in CHARMM, and applied these developments to various research projects ranging from free energy calculations, structural refinement of protein using NMR/solid-state NMR, and structural modeling of carbohydrates.I have strong foundation in scientific programming and developing user friendly interface. I have written several new modules and modified existing modules in CHARMM, NAMD, and OpenMM. I have experiences in writing parallelized code while working on research project and at the national supercomputer center.
