Roles and Responsibilities:• Handling Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including PR to PO conversion, PO amendments, GRIN support, and vendor communication.• Addressing procurement exceptions such as PR in Ordering Status, Insufficient PO Value, and Plant/Storage Location mismatches by closely coordinating with internal teams.• Managing invoice discrepancies — missing/invalid PO, wrong Wipro entity, mismatched billing & shipping address, incorrect invoice values — using tools like VIM and IBPS.• Monitoring the External Hold Queue to track invoices submitted without valid PO references and ensuring timely resolution via stakeholder follow-ups.• Executing PO Amendments for service validity changes, PO splits/interchanges, unblocking, and PR corrections.• Providing cross-support to other internal teams on Vendor Master data management and resolving Pass Thru-related cases.• Facilitating vendor accreditation, onboarding, and validation to ensure compliance and timely procurement cycles.• Supporting PO short closures, contract expiry updates, and PR approvals with stakeholders including Cluster Heads.• Logging tickets via ServiceNow and ensuring end-to-end issue resolution within defined SLAs.• Preparing and sharing daily status reports, pending invoice logs, and exception analysis with cross-functional teams.Tools Used:• SAP Ariba – For PR/PO approvals, reporting, and vendor management• SAP VIM – For invoice validation and workflow processing• IBPS – For procurement workflow management• ServiceNow – For issue/ticket management and tracking
