As Vice President of FinTech Practice and the head of FinTech Business Services Consulting at Tavant, he drives innovation for banks and lenders by optimizing business processes and delivering measurable ROI.Sundeep’s track record includes pioneering the first scoring engine at Freddie Mac, housing the charter machine learning mortgage scorecard inside Loan Prospector. At Indy Mac Bank, he managed the development of the risk-based pricing solution e-MITS, and he later led strategic initiatives at Washington Mutual. Most recently, he served as SVP of Operations at Citizens Business Bank, overseeing large-scale process improvements and technology transformations.In his current role at Tavant, Sundeep helps organizations identify high-impact AI use cases in Sales, Operations, Capital Markets, and Servicing.
