With extensive experience in manufacturing, operation excellence, and procurement, I am currently responsible for overseeing the operations of seven units in the West. I ensure the efficient operations of all seven units to meet customer demand on time and at optimized costs. My focus is on driving safe, sustainable, and customer-centric practices while continuously enhancing the operational performance of the units.I am passionate about introducing innovative solutions to streamline operations, such as implementing online auctions for multiple vendors, zero-based costing for single vendors, and introducing new vendors to optimize sourcing strategies. Additionally, I supported all the unit heads for the idea-generation workshops, establishing incentive schemes, and benchmarking best practices to foster transparency, efficiency, and a positive mindset across the teams.Through these initiatives, I strive to create a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring that our people in units are safe, deliver high-quality products and services efficiently while meeting customer expectations.
