A professional with total of over 3 decades of aviation experience which include senior level management position. A born leader, I am known for efficient Techno-financial and man management abilities to lead highly motivated teams. I am also known for skills to handle Maintennce of big fleet of modern aircraft in both Line Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance environment. My individual achievements include 1) Successful integration of engineering teams along with administrative, technical and financial synergy after company acquisition, 2) Cost efficient operation of fleet of 120 aircrafts including widebody and turbo props with meticulous Safety record, over 99.60% On Time Performance and delivery of impeccable product to airline guests. 3) Continuous reduction in cost of operation by reducing expenditure and rationalisation of manpower while increasing revenues by enhancing aircraft utilisation and third party contracts for revenue generation. 4) Management of highly motivated Rapid Response team of Engineers and technicians for Light base and heavy maintenance. 5) Hangar and infrastructure development and 6) Complex recoveries of aircrafts involved in accident and incidents. I believe in system driven management, driven by procedures and processes while maintaining a open, transparent and just culture in the organisation. Emphasis on Trainings and Discipline is my forte. During my 23 years of belongingness with Jet Airways, I contributed to the making of brand Jet Airways what it is today.
