Experienced corporate finance professional with over 20 years of financial services experience in Credit, Investment Banking/M&A and Restructuring. Lead a high performing team of corporate banking professionals (Analyst to Managing Director) across Canada and U.K. that manage a large and diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors (Energy, Mining, Real Estate, P&U, Diversified). Provide senior oversight around transaction structuring, risk/return and overall performance of the portfolio. Work closely with Investment Banking, ESG solutions and other capital markets product partners to deliver the best solutions for our clients in North America and globally.Co-lead of the key Financed Emissions project for TD Securities in collaboration with TD Environmental, ESG Solutions group, Risk Management and industry groups to build framework around portfolio emissions, reduction targets with consideration to Bank’s NZBA commitments. Developing key business strategy and data analytics capability to embed the ESG framework. Extensive capital markets experience and expertise in driving solutions that involve structuring across the capital structure, building consensus among multiple stakeholders and balancing risk/return.
