   Manage and provide leadership to 3 Regional Visual Managers and 10 I Regional Visual Merchandisers overseeing NA. New store opening visual merchandising project management: Building a strong partnership with retail/merchandising and VDG, creating a final customer experience that is innovative, unique, inspiring, customer-friendly and safe that is reflective of the local community. Traveling and purchasing all the furniture locally, conducting site surveys, build project calendar, source like-minded local vendors. Fixture order, manage field team support, manage communication between Visual Design Group and the Retail team for a successful and timely store opening on budget. Overall space management and capacity on the sales floor, create the final store layout and customer experience, oversee and provide the virtual 3D planograms in IWD. Ability to manage multiple and overlapping large retail/wholesale projects at the same time with bold deadlines and within budget. Manage the annual NA Retail VM Cap Ex budget. Responsible for the final execution of all the seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns and directives, all season assets, window and push display installations in NA. Lead and present the seasonal marketing campaign focus (windows, in-store POP, toppers and info graphics) reviews at the mock store with BUDS, marketing, retail and visual design group. Lead the seasonal creation of the retail and wholesale store seasonal floor plans in IWD’s 3D Virtual program. Design, publish, update annually and deploy the global training manual for Patagonia retail and wholesale to ensure visual merchandising standards and consistent customer experience. Provide the final copy and content, photography selection, art direction on photo shoots and offered a new reusable daily retail VM Checklist. Lead the global VM trainings and development. Organize the Bi-Annual Global VM Summit at the Corporate office, the Annual VM Bootcamp hands on training.
