ABOUT SUNDAY ODEBIYI

Profile Summary:My PM experience spans over two decades of demonstrable cumulative experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies with hands-on experience in serially delivering on medium-to-high impact of simple-to-multiplex infrastructural projects in various sectors including building, construction, financial, international development and government. I have vast experience in, stakeholder management, agile practices, data and business analytics, negotiation, training and capacity building. Also, I am experienced in project control/governance and with ability to adapt to evolving business and project environments. My extensive project knowledge and experience are underpinned by my background (bachelor\'s degree) in architecture which gave me a strong foundation in building construction-related projects. I have since understudied and evolved into the PM profession over time and engaged in and managed simple to complex projects. This was enhanced by deeper administrative and management skills gained by obtaining an MBA degree (in management) from Japan and further strengthened by professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. Among others, I am a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and a fellow of American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). More recently, I successfully completed the Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) and IOSH (Managing Safely) courses and have had the approved CPD- required PRINCE-2 training (awaiting examination). My commitment to continued professional developments has greatly helped to enhance my knowledge, skills and adaptability across multiple sectors which have become key success factors in my current role in the transport sector where I simultaneously handle very highly multi-complex and dynamic schemes while engaging with various stakeholders across geopolitical regions. Thus, I have successfully managed and completed several projects as well as sustained healthy post-project stakeholder relationships.Skills:Soft Skills: Problem Solving, Listening, Communication, Adaptability, Emotional Intelligence, Can-Do Attitude, Stakeholder Engagement/ManagementHard Skills: Ms Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto-CAD, Aphex, InDesign, Teams/SharePoint, Zoom, MP- Drive/SHARE, Business CollaboratorExtra-Curricular Activities: 1.
