To support the House Manager in the day-to-day management of the supported living service, ensuring that the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism are met, and that the service is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.*Key Responsibilities:*1.*Support and Supervision*: Assist the House Manager in providing support and supervision to support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support.2.*Service Delivery*: Ensure that the supported living service is delivered in line with individual support plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies.3.*Staff Management*: Assist with staff recruitment, induction, training, and development, as well as conducting performance reviews and managing staff conflicts.4.*Health and Safety*: Ensure that the service is compliant with health and safety regulations, and that risk assessments are conducted and reviewed regularly.5.*Quality Assurance*: Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and reviews, to ensure that the service meets regulatory requirements and organisational standards.6.*Communication*: Develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, staff, and external agencies, ensuring that communication is clear, concise, and respectful.7.*Budgeting and Financial Management*: Assist with budgeting and financial management, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.8.*Emergency Response*: Provide support and guidance in emergency situations, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary support and that incidents are reported and investigated in line with organisational policies.
