Key Responsibilities: • Perform harness dressing, including routing, lacing, shielding, and clamping of cables and harnesses within spacecraft modules. • Install avionics equipment (boxes, heaters, RTDs, connectors) following interface control documents (ICDs) and installation drawings. • Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and work instructions. • Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, and company quality standards. • Use tools such as torque drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, heat guns, and harness forming boards. • Perform point-to-point continuity checks and support in-process quality inspections. • Maintain cleanroom protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls during assembly operations. • Document work performed and report any non-conformances (NCRs) to engineering and quality teams. • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and integration teams to resolve technical issues. • Harness dressing • Installation of avionics components • Building and compilations of Satellite testing systems to ensure a rigorous multi-stage process ensuring spacecraft can survive launch and function reliably in harsh outer sapc3 conditions, involving functional checks of electronics, thermal vacuum (TVAC) to stimulate space temperature, vibration, and acoustic tests for launch forces, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) to prevent interference, and end to end tests of communication systems payloads before and after launch
